The sample file is a small, real slice of what we deliver — 81 event planners in the United States. Download it, open it in Excel or Sheets, and read every column for yourself before you buy anything. All 104 columns are explained below.

How to use the file
Three steps. The two sheets are linked by one shared column.

Open the file
You will see two tabs. Data has one row per business. Contact details has one row per contact.

Pick a business
Every row in both sheets carries an id. In the Data sheet, each id appears once.
3
Find its contacts
Filter Contact details to that same id to see every email address found for the business.
What each column means
Every column in the file, grouped by what it describes, with a real example from the sample.

One row per business · Every business in the sample, with its name, addresses, phone numbers, website, ratings, opening hours and features. This is the sheet to look at first.

Business ID. Unique here - one row per business. Use it to match rows in the Contact details sheet.
